    Biography of Weihnachten im Tierpark

    Since opening in 2019, Weihnachten im Tierpark has become a winter highlight and is now one of Berlin's favourite destinations during the Advent and Christmas season. This winter, the extensive Tierpark Berlin will once again be transformed into a colourful winter wonderland. A visit to Weihnachten im Tierpark is an unforgettable experience that will amaze adults and children alike.

    In 2016, the event Christmas Garden celebrated its premiere at the Botanical Garden Berlin. Due to its overwhelming success, Weihnachten im Tierpark and other locations were added in 2019, so that by 2025 there were already 13 locations in Germany and Europe. In 2025, a total of around 1.6 million people visited the illuminated parks and gardens.
