Klarna (pay direct)
- Direct bank transfer: Direct online money transfer by our partner Klarna. Please have all your online banking data ready if you choose this payment option. You will be redirected. No registration is required.
- Direct debiting: Enter your bank details and the amount will be debited from your bank account afterwards.

Klarna (purchase on account)
- Select "purchase on account" as the payment method in the Klarna checkout. There you can choose to pay within 30 days.
- You will receive your account after the purchase. You can easily pay it via the Klarna app or online. You can also pause a payment if there is a problem.

Klarna (installment)
- Shop today and split the cost flexibly into monthly installments. The number of installments available to you for your purchase as well as the costs and terms will be shown to you at the checkout.
- Minimum order value: 25,00 EUR
- No prior registration is required for Klarna installment purchase. You can choose this payment method directly in the Klarna checkout.
- Our advice: Download the Klarna app to have always full control and overview of your payments.

How can I pay for my tickets?
We offer the following payment methods:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna (Invoice, Installment Purchase, Pay Now)
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover & JCB)
- Online-Banking (Tink)
- Prepayment/Bank Transfer (only within the Eurozone)
For events starting soon, only the following payment methods are available: Credit card, Klarna (Invoice, Installments, Pay Now), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Online-Banking (Tink). Payment methods that require personal data entry are encrypted and thus fully secure.
In all cases, your order will only be processed after the payment has been received.
Please note: When paying by bank transfer, processing and transaction times can take at least 2–3 business days. Even with real-time transfers, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
What is Apple Pay and how does it work?
Apple Pay is a payment method by Apple that allows you to pay safely, quickly, and contactlessly—online, in apps, or in stores. You simply add your credit or debit card to the Wallet app on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.
Apple Pay uses biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) to confirm payment—without entering sensitive data. Your card data is not shared with the merchant; instead, a one-time transaction code is used.
It’s ideal for Apple device users looking for a convenient and secure way to pay—with just a tap or a glance.
What is Google Pay and how does it work?
Google Pay is a digital payment method by Google that allows fast and secure online payments via smartphone, tablet, or desktop. You add your preferred debit or credit card to your Google Account once. When paying, just unlock your device and confirm—no need to enter card numbers.
Payment data is protected through tokens, a secure encrypted version of your card number. Your sensitive data is not shared with the merchant.
Google Pay works with all standard Android devices and is supported by many banks. Payments are contactless, convenient, and completed in seconds.
What is Klarna and how does it work?
Klarna is a Swedish online payment provider offering multiple ways to pay. You can choose Klarna Pay Now, Klarna Invoice, or Klarna Installments. Select your preferred option during the checkout process. Please note: payment via Klarna is only possible with an existing Klarna account.
Klarna Pay Now
You can pay by direct debit or instant bank transfer without needing to register. For direct debit, the amount is automatically withdrawn from your account. For instant transfer, you just need your usual online banking login credentials.
Klarna Invoice
Select “Klarna Invoice” during checkout. You’ll receive the invoice separately by email. From the invoice date, you have 30 days to pay. You can manage and pay the invoice conveniently via the Klarna app.
Klarna Installments
No prior registration is required. Choose “Klarna Installments” during checkout. Klarna will show you the available installment options, costs, and conditions. Please note: Installments are only available for orders of €25 or more. You can track your payments in the Klarna app.

How does credit card payment work?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover and JCB.
During checkout, select your card type and enter the required details: card number, expiry date, cardholder name, and CVV code. Your card must be activated for 3D Secure. We ensure secure data transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is an added layer of security for online card payments. Also known as Verified by Visa, Identity Check (Secure Code), J/Secure, or SafeKey.
Can I pay without 3D Secure on myticket.de?
No. Since September 2019, two-factor authentication using 3D Secure is mandatory for all online card payments.
How does 3D Secure work?
It’s a two-factor authentication process. After entering your card data, your card issuer will prompt you for either a static password or a dynamic one-time code (e.g., via mobile/photoTAN). Activation is done through your bank.
How do I activate 3D Secure?
Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for activation.
What is Online-Banking (Tink) and how does it work?
Online-Banking (Tink) is a modern online banking-based payment method that allows direct payment from your bank account—no separate registration needed. During checkout, you’re securely redirected to your bank’s login page to authorize the payment using your usual credentials.
Tink is a licensed payment service provider specializing in secure bank integrations. The service complies with EU-wide PSD2 regulations and uses Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
Once confirmed, the payment is processed in real-time—so your order can be handled immediately.
Online-Banking (Tink) is ideal for those who want to pay conveniently and securely via their bank account.
How does prepayment/bank transfer work?
After completing your order, please transfer the total amount due within five days to the bank account provided.
To ensure fast processing and delivery of your tickets:
- Include only the order number listed on your booking confirmation in the payment reference field
- Always transfer the full amount—partial payments will result in automatic cancellation
- For multiple orders, transfer each amount separately using the correct reference
Bank transfers may take 2–3 business days to arrive. We recommend transferring the amount immediately to avoid delays.
Can I request an invoice?
If you need an invoice, please email us at help@myticket.de with the following information:
- Billing address / Company name
- Order number (format: MYTxxxx-xxxx)
