Delivery Options

  • Important: Not all shipping methods are available for every event. The shipping options for each event are determined by the respective event organizer. The available methods will be displayed during the booking process.

  • International shipping (delivery address abroad)

    • e-ticket: no fee, for selected events, provided as a PDF, printing only required if explicitly stated
    • Registered Mail (Einwurf-Einschreiben): 10,90 EUR (worldwide)
  • National shipping (delivery address in germany)

    • Standard Mail (Standard Postversand): 5,90 EUR
    • e-ticket: no fee, for selected events, provided as a PDF, printing only required if explicitly stated
    • Registered Mail (Einwurf-Einschreiben): 7,90 EUR

The shipping fees already include our processing costs, such as ticket printing, materials, and service.

How do I receive my e-tickets?

If you paid for your order using an online payment method (such as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, online banking, or Klarna), you can download your e-tickets immediately after completing your booking on the order confirmation page.

You will also receive an order confirmation email containing a link that allows you to download your e-tickets later. If you paid via bank transfer (prepayment), this link will be sent in the payment confirmation email.

If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam folder.

Additionally, you can always download your tickets from your customer account.
If you don’t have a customer account, you can convert your guest account into a full customer account by requesting a password [HERE]. Make sure to use the same email address used for the booking so your order data and e-tickets are accessible.

I didn’t receive the tickets I ordered / received the wrong number of tickets. What now?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, please contact us immediately at help@myticket.de so we can address the issue.

There’s a mistake in the delivery address I entered during checkout. What should I do?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via email at help@myticket.de.

How long does it take for the tickets to be shipped?

Shipping typically occurs immediately after payment is received.
You will receive your e-tickets by email together with the payment confirmation.

If you haven’t received your tickets within 30 days of placing your order, please email us at help@myticket.de so we can look into it. If your event is coming up soon, or if you're unable to download your e-tickets after payment, also contact us at the same email address.

What are booking fees?

We charge a booking fee of up to €2.50 per ticket for online orders.
This fee is already included in the displayed ticket price.
(For ticket prices under €25, the fee is waived.)

In what form will I receive my ticket?

All tickets are generally sent as “color tickets” in DIN long format (standard envelope size).
Your e-tickets will be sent as PDF attachments via email along with the payment confirmation.

Can I have tickets gift-wrapped?

Please note that our gift packaging is included separately in the shipment.
This means that if you want to place the tickets inside the folding gift packaging yourself, you should not send the order directly to the gift recipient’s address.
