How do I learn whether events have been postponed or cancelled due to Covid-19?
We are aware of our responsibiliy towards our customers and follow the current developments thoroughly. Should an event be canceled or postponed due to the coronavirus, we will inform you under your email address as soon as we receive binding information from the organizer. A list of canceled or postponed events can be found here. Before visiting an event, please take a look on this list or on the organizer’s website to inform yourself whether the event is taking place.
I have received a voucher instead of a reimbursement. How do I use it?
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, the new law empowers event organizers to issue a replacement voucher instead of a reimbursement. The holder of the voucher can claim a reimbursement if it is unreasonable for him to accept the voucher. In this case, the customer has to establish proof of this unreasonableness to the event organizer. A refund is also possible if the voucher is not redeemed until December 31, 2021.
These corona vouchers can be used for alternative events of the respective organizer. Select the organzier for whom you have received a voucher from this list. You will be redirected to the selling platform where you can see and book all events from the respective organizer.
