Can tickets be partially returned (e.g., in case of illness)?
Unfortunately, tickets are generally non-refundable. Exchanges, rebookings, or cancellations are not accepted by the event organizers, on whose behalf we operate.
Please note the following legal regulation:
Ticket purchases are not subject to distance selling laws! According to § 312g Section 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or time frame, as is the case with events.
This means that a right of withdrawal or return is excluded for ticket purchases.
Please also refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
If you have taken out ticket insurance, please file your claim directly with HanseMerkur. [More Information]
I can't find my e-tickets – where can I get them?
If you paid for your order using an online payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, online banking, or Klarna), you can download your e-tickets immediately after your booking on the confirmation page.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a link where you can download your e-tickets later. If you paid via bank transfer (prepayment), the link will be included in the payment confirmation email.
Didn’t receive an email? Please check your spam folder.
You can also download your tickets anytime from your customer account.
If you don’t have one, you can convert your guest account into a full customer account by requesting a password [HERE], using the same email address as in your order so your tickets are accessible.
I can’t print my e-tickets – what can I do?
If you're having trouble printing your e-tickets, try the following:
- In your print settings, choose “Multiple” under “Page sizing & handling”
- Select “2” for “Pages per sheet”
- Set the orientation to “Portrait”
Now print the document – two tickets should appear side by side on one sheet.
Can I resell the tickets I bought?
If you no longer need your tickets, you may give them to family, friends, or acquaintances. However, you may not sell them for a profit – the resale price must not exceed the original purchase price.
In some cases, the event organizer may prohibit resale via external platforms or third-party providers through their terms and conditions. In such cases, you may use our official resale platform.
Can I use the tickets for sweepstakes or raffles?
Purchased tickets may not be used commercially for sweepstakes or raffles.
Do companions need a ticket?
Unless stated otherwise in the event description, every attendee requires a valid ticket.
If there are special rules for companions, they will be noted during the booking process.
Do children need a ticket? Can I have my child sit on my lap?
This varies depending on the event. If there are discounts or special regulations for children, these will be shown during the booking process.
I lost my ticket – what now?
Unfortunately, lost tickets cannot be replaced. They are already in circulation and could be used for entry.
If your tickets were stolen, please contact us immediately at help@myticket.de. Our Customer Service will try to prevent unauthorized use of the ticket.
Is my ticket valid as a public transport pass (bus/train)?
If your ticket can be used as a local public transport pass, it will be clearly marked on the ticket, including the area and time period (e.g., for travel to/from the event).
Can I modify my ticket, e.g., hide the price?
No, the printed information on the ticket must not be obscured. However, you may place a removable sticker over it.
Do not laminate your ticket – since it is printed on thermal paper, it may become unreadable.
Also, do not completely tear off the perforated section of the ticket – this will render it invalid.
Usually, damaged tickets cannot be replaced.
Are the tickets personalized?
No, tickets usually do not include the name of the purchaser.
If there are exceptions, you will be clearly informed in advance.
