How Do We Approach Inclusion?

We take inclusion seriously and strive to reduce barriers wherever possible. However, the decision whether tickets for people with disabilities can be booked online like regular tickets is made by the respective event organizer – not by us. We implement their guidelines and, of course, do everything we can to support you in the best possible way.

Whether tickets – especially wheelchair-accessible or disability tickets with a companion – can be booked online, only via email, or not at all via myticket depends solely on the event organizer. If such tickets are not available through us, it’s because we have not been commissioned to offer them.

We are committed to improving within our means and would greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions.

When Can I Buy Inclusion Tickets?

You can book wheelchair and companion tickets if you use a wheelchair or a comparable mobility aid – for example, a rehab buggy.

Tickets for people with disabilities and their companions can be booked if you hold a currently valid disability ID card with a “B” designation indicating the need for an accompanying person.

However, some event organizers have different rules – for example, discounts starting at a certain degree of disability (GdB). In these cases, you will find details listed directly on the respective event page.

If you have any questions, feel free to email us at inklusion@myticket.de.

Please note: If you have a disability but no “B” designation on your ID, bringing a companion free of charge is usually not possible. In this case, you can simply book regular tickets at the standard price.

How Do I Buy Inclusion Tickets?

In most cases, online booking is unfortunately not available. Please email us at inklusion@myticket.de and include the following information:

  • Which event would you like to attend? (Name of the artist/band/event, city, and date)
  • Do you use a wheelchair or not?
  • How would you like to receive your tickets – by post or email? [Shipping method info]
  • Would you like to add ticket insurance? [Ticket insurance info]

Of course, you’re welcome to share any other questions, preferences, or requests. We will do our best to find the right solution together with you. You’ll receive a reply within five business days at the latest.

If online booking is possible after all, or the organizer has special rules in place, you’ll find that information directly on the respective event page. You’re always welcome to reach out to us at inklusion@myticket.de.

If we are not offering wheelchair or disability tickets for a specific event, it means we have not received an order from the event organizer to do so. In that case, please contact the organizer directly.

Do I Need to Send My Disability ID in Advance?

In most cases, it’s not necessary to submit your disability ID ahead of time. Please simply present it at the venue, including the required “B” designation. Only if the organizer explicitly requires advance verification will this be clearly noted on the respective event page.

How Do I Pay for Inclusion Tickets?

You can pay for your tickets either in advance by bank transfer or by using one of the instant payment methods we offer. For more information on available payment options, please visit: payment methods.

Once we have reserved your tickets, we will send you a reservation confirmation by email. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you’ll find the relevant bank details in that email.

If you'd prefer to pay online using an instant payment method, you can do so by logging into the designated shop after we’ve added your reservation. You'll receive the shop link together with your reservation confirmation.

If you don’t yet have an account, please use the “Forgot password” function to access your order. If you already have an account, simply log in as usual.

After logging in, you’ll see your reservation in your account. To start the payment process, open the reservation and follow the instructions provided.

How Much Do Inclusion Tickets Cost?

Usually, the ticket for the person using a wheelchair or with a disability is priced at the standard rate based on the selected price category.

If you don’t require a designated wheelchair space, you can usually choose from all available ticket categories – including standing areas. If the organizer has different rules, we will inform you accordingly.

Wheelchair spaces at the venue are typically predetermined by the organizer or the venue operator and cannot be freely selected. We will gladly let you know which price category applies to those seats.

The companion usually attends free of charge.

Additional charges such as shipping or insurance fees may apply.

Can I Bring a Companion With an Inclusion Ticket?

You will either receive a separate, free ticket for your companion, or your ticket will already include an indication that a companion is allowed – in that case, you’ll receive one joint ticket. Sometimes, the companion does not require a ticket at all. The exact procedure is determined by the respective event organizer.
