From 01.01.2022 you can request the refund of your covid-19 voucher using the form below. Please fill out all mandatory fields to apply for the refund of your covid-19 voucher.

Where can you find the information you need?

You will find the voucher code (16 digits) and the responsible organizer directly on your organizer voucher. You can access your covid-19 voucher at any time via your customer account or your guest login. You will also find your order number there.

Alternatively you have received your covid-19 voucher from us by e-mail.
